FPL Oracle provides Fantasy Premier League analysis, recommendations and tools at fploracle.team. FPL Oracle is registered in the United Kingdom and is the data controller for the personal information described in this policy.

We do not sell your personal information, and we never will.

• Account information. Your email address and an encrypted password when you create an account.
• FPL information. Your FPL team ID and the public team, transfer, points and league data associated with it.
• Content you provide. Questions you ask Oracle, feedback you send, and any messages you exchange with us.
• Usage information. How you use the service, the device and browser you use, and diagnostic information that helps us keep it reliable.
• Payment information. Subscriptions are processed by our payment provider. We receive confirmation of your plan and billing status, never your full card details.

You can explore Oracle before creating an account. In that case we keep only what is needed to remember your team between visits, and no name or email address.

We use your information to:

• Operate, maintain and improve the service
• Process subscriptions and send receipts and account notices
• Send gameweek reminders and product updates, which you can turn off at any time

When you ask Oracle a question, we send your question together with the relevant parts of your team to a trusted AI service provider so a response can be generated. We share only what is needed to answer, and we keep your conversation so it is there when you return.

Oracle's answers are generated automatically. They are designed to support your decisions, not to make them for you.

We share information only where it is necessary to run the service:

• Service providers who host our infrastructure, process payments, deliver email, measure usage, power our AI features and serve advertising — each bound to use your information only on our behalf.
• Legal requirements where we are required to by law, or to protect the rights and safety of our users or others.
• Business changes if FPL Oracle is involved in a merger, acquisition or sale, in which case this policy continues to apply.

To let managers find their team by name, we use manager and team names that are publicly published by Fantasy Premier League. This includes only information FPL already makes public. If you would like your name removed from our search, contact us through our contact page.

We keep your information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the service. When you delete your account, we delete your personal information, except where we must retain it for legal, tax or accounting purposes.

We protect your information with industry-standard safeguards, including encryption in transit and hashed passwords. No system is completely secure, but we work hard to keep yours safe.

Some of our service providers operate outside the United Kingdom. Where your information is transferred internationally, we rely on appropriate safeguards recognised under UK data protection law.
