Terms of Service

By accessing or using FPL Oracle (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

FPL Oracle provides analysis, recommendations and tools for Fantasy Premier League, including transfer, captaincy, lineup and chip suggestions. We continually improve the Service and may add, change or remove features over time.

You must be at least 13 years old to use FPL Oracle. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity under your account. Please provide accurate information and let us know promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.

• Paid plans are billed in advance and renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled.
• You can cancel at any time from your account settings. You will keep access until the end of your current billing period.
• Payments are non-refundable except where required by law or stated otherwise at the time of purchase.
• We may change our prices. Any change will take effect from your next billing period, and we will give you notice in advance.

You agree not to:

• Copy, scrape, resell or redistribute the Service or its output
• Access the Service through automated means or any interface other than those we provide
• Share your account or subscription with others
• Interfere with, disrupt or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose

The Service, including its software, models, design and content, is owned by FPL Oracle and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the Service for managing your own Fantasy Premier League team.

FPL Oracle is an independent service. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by the Premier League, Fantasy Premier League or any football club. All club names, player names and related marks belong to their respective owners.

FPL Oracle's recommendations are predictions based on data and statistical models. Football is inherently unpredictable, and we make no guarantee of any particular outcome, rank or result. All decisions about your team are your own.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We work to keep it accurate and available, but we do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FPL Oracle will not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for any loss of points, rank or prizes arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability to you will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms or use the Service in a way that could cause harm to us or other users.

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date above, and for material changes we will notify you in advance. Continuing to use the Service after a change takes effect means you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction over any dispute. Questions about these terms can be sent to us through our contact page.
